What You Will Be Doing

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles, test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers about any additional service needed.
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Execute any other duties as assigned by Management.

What You Will Need

• Previous experience as a service technician required.
• Previous dealership experience preferred.
• Experience with Mercedes-Benz vehicles is preferred.
• Strong automotive background.
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver’s license.
