Responsibilities

• Perform automotive repairs and maintenance in a high-volume service environment
• Maximize flagged hours and earnings through productivity and skill
• Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism in a team-based shop

Requirements

• 3+ years of in-shop automotive experience
• Desire to work in a respectful, supportive environment
• Motivation to increase earnings through productivity
• Passion for the trade and a positive attitude

Pay

$75,000 – $120,000+ per year, with pay plans that reward skill, productivity, and effort.
