Compensation
- $60,000 - $120,000 annually (depending on experience)
- Paid 10 hours per day for manufactured off-site training
- (Reimbursed for gas/tolls)
- Paid $50 for each FCA web-based training certificate
Schedule
- Monday to Friday (lunch from 12 pm - 1 pm)
- Only one Saturday a month; when you work on a Saturday, you have a day off during the week.
- Shifts:
- 7 am - 4 pm
- 8 am - 5 pm

Essential Functions
- Perform maintenance services with efficiency and per manufacturer and dealership standards
- Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems
- Detail written communication on RO's
- Test drive vehicles and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Must Haves
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician
- Hold a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong computer and technical skills is a must
- Must have own set of tools (we provide the toolbox and special tools)
Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of an Automotive Service Technician, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds
- Ability to move in and out of vehicles frequently
- Prolonged periods of standing, stooping and bending
