Responsibilities
- Detect and resolve automotive issues through diagnosis and repair of systems like engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Use diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and address vehicle problems.
- Provide exceptional customer service, clearly communicating repair needs to customers.
- Stay informed about the latest industry standards and advancements in automotive technology.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and deadlines.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with automotive certification preferred.
- Understanding of automotive repair and maintenance services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication abilities to interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
