Automotive Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics, inspection, maintenance, and repair of vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Accurate and detailed vehicle inspections with clear communication of recommended repairs and timelines to Service Advisors.
• Completion of all repair orders according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Warranty repairs in compliance with BMW and manufacturer requirements.
• Maintenance of high productivity while ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Organization of work areas and adherence to shop safety procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of automotive maintenance and repair experience required.
• BMW certification strongly preferred.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Efficient and professional communication skills.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
