Automotive Service Technician: All Levels (4-Day Work Week!)

We’re actively hiring Automotive Service Technicians of all experience levels, including Quick Lube Technicians, Express Service Technicians, C-Level, B-Level, A-Level, GM Certified, and Master Technicians.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Earn $50,000–$100,000+ per year
  • Production bonuses paid twice per year (June & December) — average payout is approximately two weeks of additional pay annually

Schedule

Choose the schedule that best fits your lifestyle:

  • Shift 1: Monday – Thursday
  • Shift 2: Tuesday – Friday
  • Shift 3: Wednesday – Saturday (Saturday shift ends at 12:00 PM)

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and multi-point inspections
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, HVAC, and electrical systems
  • Perform manufacturer-recommended maintenance and warranty repairs
  • Use diagnostic equipment to accurately identify vehicle concerns
  • Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors
  • Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow manufacturer repair procedures and dealership quality standards
  • Continuously develop technical skills through factory and dealership training

Requirements

  • Previous automotive repair experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
  • ASE certifications, GM certifications, or OEM training are a plus
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
