We are excited to expand into Kirkland. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Center Service Manager to lead our service department, enhance operational performance, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all service center operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability
• Lead and motivate a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff
• Ensure outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive business growth
• Manage service schedules, workflow, and quality control to optimize operations
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and revenue
• Oversee inventory management and vendor relationships for parts and supplies

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance, repair processes, and industry standards
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Proficiency in service management software and business operations
