Automotive Service Scheduling Coordinator

About the role

Bobby Rahal Automotive Group is located at 6696 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg PA 17050. The schedule is Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm with a Saturday rotation and a designated day off during the week.

Responsibilities

• Talk to clients on the phone or through emails to identify their primary concern and schedule the appropriate appointment.
• Follow the scheduling procedure by checking for open recalls, properly verifying client information, and accurately documenting complaints.
• Print repair orders for the next day's business.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong phone and computer skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Spend most of the workday seated at a desk

Pay

$16.00 hourly rate
