Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service and satisfaction at or above company standards
• Maintain strong working relations with factories
• Motivate, coach, and lead a dynamic service selling and technical team
• Supervise and manage the workload and schedules of all service department associates
• Operate the service department to achieve business performance objectives, including sales, productivity, and profitability goals
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
• Ensure the service department operates safely and complies with federal, state, and other mandated regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager

Requirements

• Dealership experience is a must
• Proven record of success with verifiable CSI scores
