Responsibilities
- Lead daily service department operations
- Drive customer satisfaction, CSI, and retention
- Coach, train, and develop Advisors and Technicians
- Manage workflow, productivity, and repair order efficiency
- Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and service metrics
- Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Build a positive, high-performance service culture
Requirements
- 2-3 years of Automotive Service Management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven success in high-volume service operations
- Solid understanding of dealership systems (DealerTrack experience preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED required (college preferred)
- Willingness to relocate to Delaware or Maryland's Eastern Shore
