About the role
Manage all aspects of the tire service department, including customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Manage customer service interactions to enhance customer loyalty
- Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of service
- Manage inventory levels to meet demand and minimize waste
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and customer retention
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in automotive technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service management
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of tire repair and maintenance procedures
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay
$80,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
