About the role
Precision Tune Auto Care is a family-owned, locally-operated automotive shop seeking an enthusiastic store manager to lead and motivate a service team.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly manner.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Exceed customer expectations.
- Coordinate the workflow of technicians.
- Recommend and sell needed tires and auto repair/maintenance services to customers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales, operations, or management experience (automotive industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Automotive experience in direct repair and diagnostics, general repairs and maintenance.
- ASE certification preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer and phone skills.
- Flexible scheduling including Saturdays.
- Pass a background check.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- High School degree, college preferred.
Qualifications
