- Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and coaching

- Support team development through training and leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong technical aptitude for resolving complex challenges
- Leadership desire with team management skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Interest in obtaining ASE A4 & A5 Certifications
- Ability to relocate after completing the Manager Trainee Program (relocation assistance available)
Pay
Base pay of $21.63/hr plus weekend premium pay.
