Automotive Service Center Manager Trainee

We are seeking a Service Manager responsible for overseeing and advising Service Advisors and Technicians, advancing technical expertise, and ensuring efficient service operations. Key duties include: overseeing daily service activities, managing team performance through performance reviews and coaching, participating in interview and selection processes, and gaining understanding of expense management.Qualifications: technical aptitude for handling complex challenges, leadership desire, valid Driver's License, and goal to obtain ASE A4 & A5 Certifications.Additional requirements: upon completing the Manager Trainee Program, candidates must be willing to relocate (relocation assistance available).
