About the role

The position involves leading and managing service operations, overseeing technicians and service advisors, and enhancing technical expertise. The role includes advising staff, managing expenses, participating in hiring processes, and conducting performance reviews with coaching as needed.

Responsibilities

• Advance technical skills and industry knowledge
• Oversee and guide service team members
• Assist in expense management and budget understanding
• Participate in hiring, interviewing, and staff selection
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong technical aptitude for complex challenges
• Leadership and team management desire
• Valid Driver's License
• Aiming to obtain ASE A4 & A5 Certifications
• Willingness to relocate after completing the Manager Trainee Program (relocation assistance available)
