About the role
Land Rover Rockland is part of the fast-growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail sales and service. We are growing and looking for Automotive Service Advisors to work with our Quality Dealership representing a Quality Product!
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to provide exceptional service
- Assist customers with vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Communicate effectively with technicians and management
- Ensure vehicles are serviced according to manufacturer specifications
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Requirements
- Customer-facing sales experience
- Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred but not required
- Basic computer skills
- Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
Qualifications
Must have a valid driver's license.
