Automotive Service Advisor (Bilingual Preferred)

About the role

As a Service Advisor, you are the bridge between our customers and our service technicians. Your ability to clearly explain maintenance needs, build trust, and create a welcoming experience—especially for Spanish-speaking guests—makes you a key part of our success.

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate maintenance needs and service options to customers
• Build trust and rapport with customers, especially those who speak Spanish
• Create a welcoming and professional service environment
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Work effectively with service technicians to ensure prompt and quality service
• Ensure all service transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent communication with diverse customer base
• Experience in customer service or automotive sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills (DMS/CDK experience a plus!)
• A positive attitude, team spirit, and professional demeanor
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
