Automotive Service Advisor

About the role

The Sales & Service Advisor is the primary customer contact, responsible for understanding vehicle needs, recommending services, and ensuring a seamless service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and document their concerns.
• Inspect vehicles and recommend appropriate services.
• Communicate estimates and provide status updates to customers.
• Promote sales and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
• Follow up with customers after repairs are completed.
• Track warranty parts and returns.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Preferably prior experience as a service advisor.
• Professional presentation and ability to work in a process‑driven environment.
• Availability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturdays.
