Automotive Service Advisor

Role Overview

The Sales and Service Advisor is responsible for selling and promoting automotive products and services, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and over the phone, documenting concerns and inspecting vehicles to identify service needs.
• Recommend services, parts, and accessories based on product knowledge, and communicate additional technician recommendations clearly.
• Provide accurate quotes, update customers on service progress, and conduct post-repair follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle transactions, review inspections, and manage warranty and return tracking.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and demonstrate professional behaviors.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid driver's license and minimum age of 18.
• Experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required.
• Professional appearance, process-driven mindset, and ability to work Monday through Saturday.

Physical & Work Conditions

The role involves exposure to noisy, dusty, and hazardous materials with varying temperatures. Candidates must be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift up to 70 pounds, and perform physical tasks requiring full range of motion.
