Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from initial contact through delivery
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
• Conduct professional test drives and product presentations
• Follow up with internet leads, unsold showroom traffic, and previous customers
• Use the CRM consistently to manage opportunities and future business
• Prospect for new customers and referrals
• Meet or exceed monthly sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction goals
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

• Automotive sales experience preferred
• Proven sales performance and strong closing ability
• Competitive, coachable, self-motivated, and accountable
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Evenings and Saturday availability required

Pay

Commission, monthly bonuses, performance incentives, and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Actual earnings depend on individual performance and experience.
