Burlington CDJR, a leading automotive dealership in the tri-state area, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Automotive Salesperson to join our dynamic team. If you have a knack for sales and a passion for helping customers find the perfect vehicle, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
• Provide detailed information about new and used vehicles, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Assist customers throughout the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate the performance and features of various CDJR models
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive buying experience
• Achieve individual and team sales goals while providing excellent customer service
• Stay up-to-date on the latest CDJR models, promotions, and industry trends
• Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
• A motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
