Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the entire purchasing process, helping them select and secure the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to generate repeat and referral business
• Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and confidently close sales opportunities
• Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, features, financing options, and promotions
• Deliver a seamless, transparent, and enjoyable buying experience from first contact to final delivery
• Collaborate with team members in a high-energy, family-oriented sales environment focused on success and growth

• Proven experience in automotive sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Qualifications
