What You'll Do
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Follow up on leads from phone, internet, and showroom traffic
- Negotiate vehicle sales and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Work closely with finance and management teams to complete transactions
- Maintain and exceed monthly sales goals
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
