Automotive Sales Representative

About the role

Ed Morse Automotive Group, with 80+ years of industry experience, is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative to join our expanding team. We operate over 60 locations across FL, TX, OK, MO, MT, IL, IA, CO, and AZ, representing 40+ automotive, powersports, and motorcycle brands.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to find a vehicle that fits their specific wants and needs
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Gain a working knowledge of the product line
• Attend training offered by both the manufacturer and the Ed Morse Automotive Group
• Complete all sales-related paperwork professionally
• Follow the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure complete customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience required
• Steady work history and a strong desire to succeed
• Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills
• Valid Driver’s license
