Responsibilities
- Greet customers and answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth.
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Review, confirm, and reschedule daily appointments; complete daily call activities.
- Monitor and organize customer concerns, escalating to management when appropriate.
- Address customer issues promptly using the dealership’s CRM, as well as phone, text, and email communication channels.
- Build and maintain trust with both customers and team members.
- Accurately document and track customer concerns through to resolution.
- Proactively engage customers by identifying their needs before being prompted.
- Collaborate with fellow dealership staff to resolve customer questions and concerns.
- Develop a strong understanding of the manufacturer’s standards for customer satisfaction.
- Ensure valid payment is collected, properly authorized for the correct amount, and accurately recorded in daily reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required; must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with a diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor in business attire, representing Empire with confidence.
- Strong listening skills and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
- Solid work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service through expertise, trust-building, and a focus on satisfaction.
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer-facing or phone-based service roles as a Receptionist.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Receptive to constructive feedback and committed to ongoing personal development.
- Availability for a Monday–Friday schedule, with flexibility to support holidays and weekends if needed.
- Proficient multitasker with strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and detail-oriented workspace.
