Responsibilities
- Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
- Possess outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
- Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
- Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
- Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards
Qualifications
- 2 years of sales experience in the Automotive industry preferred
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written
- A desire to work in a commission, performance-based, environment
- A great attitude with a high-energy personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- A professional appearance and work ethic
- A self-starter and self-motivated individual
- Able to work well in a process-driven environment
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record

Compensation
The range in yearly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $60,000-$100,000/year based on experience.
