What You’ll Do
- Engage customers in the showroom and on the lot
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right vehicle solutions
- Conduct walkarounds, test drives, and feature demonstrations
- Guide customers through financing and the purchase process
- Follow up with leads and past customers to maximize opportunities
- Stay current on Ford products, incentives, and promotions
- Work toward sales goals with strong leadership and team support
