Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed product information, conduct test drives, and explain features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the dealership.
  • Conduct follow-up activities with prospective and existing customers to build lasting relationships and secure repeat business.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to dealership policies.
  • Collaborate with the finance and insurance departments to facilitate the completion of paperwork and ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales is a plus.
  • Must be coachable and willing to follow our systems and processes.
  • Strong desire to succeed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive products, features, and technologies.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
