We are seeking qualified and flexible candidates for our growing sales team. Experience in customer service, hotels & restaurants, retail sales, IT, or call centers is encouraged. An in-house Training team is dedicated to your success, offering online and in-store training programs with our manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and create customers for life by assisting them in selecting a vehicle through active listening and asking questions.
• Become the vehicle expert—know the details of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology.
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Maintain a positive attitude and bring your ‘A game’ every day.

Requirements

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Ready to learn the in’s and out’s of new products quickly.
• Fantastic communication skills with customers.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, including a criminal background check, motor vehicle records review, and social security number verification.
