Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Present, promote, and sell new and used vehicles to customers.
• Assist customers through the purchasing process, including financing options and trade-in appraisals.
• Develop and maintain a strong customer base through relationship building and follow-up.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
