Automotive Sales Manager – F&I Manager – Internet Sales Manager

About the Role

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking experienced automotive sales/F&I professionals to join our consulting team. As an Automotive Sales Manager, you will establish professional relationships with customers to help their dealerships become more efficient, effective, and profitable. You will identify trouble areas within dealerships and use proven consulting services and industry knowledge to address these issues. After project completion, you will follow up with customers to maintain relationships and provide ongoing support, driving further consulting services sales.

Note: This is a high-travel position requiring overnight hotel stays up to 5 nights per week.

Training

Training includes approximately 90 days of fieldwork with experienced consulting and sales representatives, online courses from your home office, and classroom instruction at our Dayton and Houston offices. During training, your compensation will be a $60,000–$63,000 base salary. After the 9-month training period, you will be eligible for quarterly bonuses, with a total targeted income of $80,000+ (including base and bonuses).

Requirements

• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)
• 5+ years of automotive dealership experience (Sales, Sales Manager, Internet Sales Manager, F&I Manager)
• Willingness to travel extensively with overnight hotel stays up to 5 nights per week
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
