About the Role

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is actively seeking experienced Automotive Sales Managers / Desk Managers to join our expanding leadership team. Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a high‑performing sales team
• Drive results through effective sales strategies and accountability
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
• Structure deals and oversee paperwork and compliance
• Maximize profitability on every transaction
• Assist with finance operations as needed
• Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve dealership goals

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years Automotive Sales or Finance Management experience
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Results‑driven with high energy and motivation
• Knowledge of CRM systems and dealership operations
• Used car buying/appraising experience is a plus
• OEM certifications are a plus
• High School Diploma or GED required (College degree a plus)
