Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in automotive sales management
- Strong passion for sales, customer service, and team leadership
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop Sales Consultants
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to create and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as DealerSocket
- Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Results-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
Responsibilities
- Analyze Sales Consultant performance, provide ongoing coaching, and support the team in achieving sales targets
- Assist with deal structuring, negotiations, and closing opportunities
- Manage customer concerns and escalations to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Stay current on inventory availability, product features, finance options, and market trends
- Track KPIs, measure sales performance against plans, and report results to senior leadership
- Lead sales meetings, reinforce standards, and foster a high-performance, customer-first culture
Pay
$120,000–$175,000 per year (Full Commission)
