Responsibilities
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the sales team.
- Assisting in structuring and closing new and pre-owned vehicle transactions.
- Overseeing financing coordination and lender relationships.
- Supporting F&I performance and ensuring compliant disclosures.
- Forecasting and tracking monthly and annual sales objectives.
- Recruiting and training high-caliber sales professionals.
- Maintaining and exceeding the manufacturer's sales and customer satisfaction standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of automotive sales and management experience.
- Strong knowledge of dealership sales and finance processes.
- Proven leadership and team development ability.
- Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives.
- Professional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Pay
Competitive compensation with bonus opportunities based on units, gross, and CSI. Annual earning potential exceeds $145,000. Exceptional performance provides significant additional upside through unit volume, gross, and CSI achievement.
