Albany Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Hyundai of Albany is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead a team, drive sales, and achieve goals. This role offers unlimited earning potential, growth opportunities within a large dealer group, and relocation assistance for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales volume forecasts and gross profit objectives.
• Create and organize all sales activities for the Sales department.
• Recruit, hire, and develop a retail sales team.
• Meet and exceed factory sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Set the highest level of professionalism for your team.
• Collaborate with the Finance Team to ensure performance metrics are achieved.
• Negotiate pricing with customers and problem-solve as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of previous automotive dealership sales management experience.
• Proven track record as an aggressive, motivated leader with a passion for success, customer service, training, and opportunity.
• Strong quality customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
