Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $17.50–$19 per hour
• Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): New full-time employees accrue 4 hours per pay period, totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year, with increases over time

Responsibilities

• Compare serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice and inspect for damage
• Keep lot organized by moving/parking vehicles where needed per GSM/Sales Department
• Catalog and store keys
• Clean interior and exterior of used vehicles, including trunk, glove compartment, tires, windows, etc.
• Start vehicles daily and report any problems or concerns
• Perform light maintenance on vehicles as needed, including replacing windshield wiper blades, repairing or changing tires, replenishing fluids, gas, and batteries
• Ensure that required forms/stickers have been completed and are properly displayed
• Must be able to work nights and weekends

• Physical ability to use computer hardware/software
• Ability to prioritize
• Valid driver's license and insurable with company insurance
• Sense of spatial orientation
