Automotive Sales Lot Attendant/Porter

Sheehy Auto Stores, a top‑30 private dealer group with over 25 locations, is seeking a Sales Lot Attendant/Porter for Sheehy Toyota of Stafford’s Used Car Team. The role focuses on cleaning and moving vehicles, supporting sales managers, and ensuring timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Make sure all inventory vehicles are clean and presentable to the public.
• Before the final sale, ensure the car is ready for delivery.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in cars per company and government guidelines.
• Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Clean driveway and walkways, removing debris, ice, and snow as necessary.
• Create key tags and handle inventory of vehicles.
• Ensure all vehicle keys are returned to the appropriate location; lock all cars, roll up windows, and store keys securely.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and inform a supervisor of any illegal activity.
• Engage consistently with management, team leads, and fellow team members to foster successful relationships and maintain follow‑up systems that encourage repeat and referral business.
• Immediately communicate with management whenever a concern or situation arises.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including some weekends.
• Positive, can‑do attitude; confident, outgoing personality; eagerness to improve.
• Professional attitude with the ability to deliver best‑in‑class customer service.
• Reliable transportation to and from work every day.
• Authorization to work in the USA, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background screening, motor vehicle records check, and drug test.
