Automotive Sales Lot Attendant
About the role
At Hertz, we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Automotive Sales Lot Attendants. You'll play a key role in creating a strong first impression by ensuring our vehicles and sales lot are organized, presentable, and customer-ready.
Responsibilities
- Control the flow of vehicles on the lot, including inventory management, logging new arrivals, and updating vehicle status in the fleet computer system
- Maintain lot merchandising standards by ensuring vehicles are frontline ready with correct pricing stickers, buyer’s guides, and frame plates
- Park, align, and organize vehicles to maintain a clean, professional, and presentable sales lot
- Manage the back-overflow lot and assist with shuttling vehicles to vendors, supporting dealer trades, and picking up customers as needed
- Absorb and complete additional reports requested by the Location Manager
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be at least 20 years of age
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work any assigned shift based on operational needs
