Automotive Sales Desk Manager

We are looking for a dealership Sales Manager to lead, develop, and inspire our sales team at Volkswagen of Salem. This role is a key driver of performance, culture, and customer experience. The store has over 300 units on the ground.

Responsibilities

• Manage the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved
• Train, cross-train, and develop all sales staff
• Ensure sales goals are attained
• Manage daily activity and training of the sales staff
• Ensure sales people are engaging with customers
• Address and resolve customer concerns

Requirements

• Previous dealership Sales Management experience a plus
• Proven track record with an exceptional CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)
• European/Import vehicle experience, a plus
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• High energy
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
