Responsibilities
- Greet customers and determine their vehicle needs.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and capabilities.
- Suggest optional equipment and research model availability.
- Work with the Sales Manager to finalize sales prices and paperwork.
- Prepare and deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's features and paperwork.
- Maintain a prospect development system and stay updated on new products and features.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets as outlined in forecasts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.
- Experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem-solving ability and adaptability to varying situations.
- Knowledge of new products, features, and accessories.
