Requirements

  • 3+ years of Sales Experience is required
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
  • Prior proven retail sales experience
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance

Responsibilities

  • Present vehicle options based on prospective customer needs and goals
  • Maintain product knowledge on new and pre-owned inventory
  • Prospect new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases
  • Maintain on-going relationship with customers regarding vehicle purchase, new products and services, and potential referrals
