Automotive Sales - Busy Ford Dealership

About the role

Bob Bell Ford is expanding its Sales Team and is seeking energetic, driven, and customer-focused individuals to join as Automotive Sales Consultants. Located in Glen Burnie, MD, this position offers one of the best pay plans in the industry, ongoing training, and a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection and sales process
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features and benefits
• Absorb and explain product knowledge on Ford vehicles and competitors
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on Ford vehicles and competitors
• Keep the sales lot clean, organized, and well-merchandised
• Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service
• Follow up with leads and customers via phone, email, and text
• Work with management to achieve individual and team sales goals

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
• Willing to train motivated candidates with the right attitude
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Self-starter with a competitive spirit and desire to succeed
• Positive attitude, high energy, and professional appearance
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow a proven sales process
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

Preferred: Sales or customer service experience, automotive experience, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Pay

Base salary plus uncapped commission. Top earners make $75,000–$120,000+ annually.
