About the Role

Jackie Cooper BMW and Mini of Edmond is seeking dedicated, motivated, and ultra-savvy sales professionals to join our selective BMW sales team. This position focuses on all aspects of sales, including product knowledge, lease/finance structures, and client interaction. We offer competitive pay with a kick-start base salary plus a commission pay plan during the structured training period.

Responsibilities

• Helps clients select a vehicle by asking questions to find the perfect fit for their transportation needs
• Provides product demonstrations and test drives
• Guides potential clients through the sales process of purchasing or leasing a vehicle
• Works with management to structure leases and purchases
• Builds rapport with customers to create a base of referrals and establish a customer network
• Acquires knowledge of the BMW product line
• Attends product and sales training as necessary
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least two years of relevant experience preferred
• Must be motivated for success
• Proven customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable
