Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate qualified sales appointments
- Re-engage previous customers and inactive leads through consistent follow-up
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and coordinate with managers on appointment availability
- Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and follow-up activities in the CRM
- Build rapport with customers and identify opportunities to reconnect them with the dealership
- Meet daily and monthly outreach and appointment goals
