Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer experiences by delivering professional, engaging, and knowledgeable vehicle presentations.
- Successfully demonstrate vehicle technology and features.
- Engage in continuing education and learning opportunities.
- Met sales and productivity goals.
- Accurately track and follow up with all leads, prospects, and tasks utilizing the company provided software and technology.
- Inspect inventory regularly and report concerns.
Qualifications
- Be driven, outgoing, and eager to learn new skills to meet & exceed sales goals.
- Commitment to excellent customer service, including ability to create & maintain customer relationships.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays (5 days/week).
- Excellent record for consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Maintain professional attire and appearance.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Clean driving record.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
