Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers
• Drive sales performance through effective communication and service
• Manage inventory and assist with vehicle delivery
• Participate in training and development programs

Requirements

• Strong customer focus and relationship building skills
• Positive attitude and motivation to succeed
• Organized and punctual work habits
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Pay

The Salesperson - Retail Position offers a competitive pay scale with a base hourly compensation ranging from $16.50 to $55.00, and the potential for uncapped earning potential through commission compensation based on sales performance.
