Responsibilities
- Lead customers through their sales journey enthusiastically
- Represent the dealership professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Communicate with potential prospects via web leads, phone leads, and store leads
- Frequent training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
Requirements
- Good driving record, as per company standards
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid in-state driver's license
Qualifications
- Passionate about helping others and building great relationships
- Natural ability to motivate others and handle fast-paced work
- Quick to connect and build relationships with others
- Comfortable working with others and tolerant of uncertainty
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred
Skills
- Quickly manage multiple customer relationships and their respective needs
- Handle details quickly, correctly, and efficiently
