Automotive Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their needs and preferences
• Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
• Conduct test drives and assist customers in vehicle selection
• Negotiate sales prices and financing options with customers
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Attend training and stay updated on new vehicle models and promotions
• Maintain and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
