Automotive Repair Technician C

About the role

AAA Club Alliance is actively hiring a C-Level Automotive Technician who wants to continue building their skills while contributing to a high-performing team. In this role, you’ll perform routine maintenance and support light diagnostic and repair work, including oil services, tires, brakes, and batteries. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians, gaining exposure to more complex repairs while continuing to expand your technical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic suspension and steering diagnosis and repair
• Perform basic brake diagnosis and repair
• Conduct alignments, tire repair, oil changes, and fluid maintenance exchange
• Check and install batteries
• Maintain knowledge of general automotive skills and continue to develop additional technical skills to enable flexibility in work assignments

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to accurately repair vehicles using standard automotive procedures at a level normally acquired through the completion of two (2) years as an automotive technician
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or car dealer certification in at least two categories: Suspension & Steering, and Brakes, or the equivalent knowledge and experience with the ability to attain the required certifications within 12 months of hire
• Valid Driver's license
• Ability to lift a maximum of 75lbs, and stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to complete satisfactory Pre-Employment Screenings (background check, drug screening, fitness for duty assessment) if offered the position
• Authorized to work in the USA

Pay

The starting base compensation for this position is $21.55 to $33.54 hourly, flat rate, billable hours. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.

• 20 Billable Hour Guarantee Per Week
