Automotive Repair Technician B
About the role
At AAA Club Alliance, you'll be part of a team that keeps lives moving. As an Automotive Repair Technician B, you'll perform essential repairs and maintenance to ensure our members and customers can drive safely.
Responsibilities
- Routinely perform diagnostics and repair work in areas such as suspension and steering, brakes (including ABS/traction control work), electrical, heating/air conditioning, and other jobs as assigned.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of specialized skills and continuously develop additional technical skills for flexible work assignments.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized work area and properly maintain tools and equipment while following safety procedures.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician with proven ability to perform standard automotive repairs.
- ASE or Dealership certifications preferred in at least three categories: Suspension & Steering, Brakes, and Heating & Air Conditioning (or ability to obtain within 12 months – paid for by AAA).
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with the team.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings if offered a position (background, drug, fitness for duty).

Pay
$23.46 – $32.95/hour flat rate. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
Schedule
Full-time, 5 days/week (Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays are often required). Sundays off every week, plus one other day off based on business needs.
